Deadlines are for copy, approval of cost by client and payment. Ads will not run without finalizing all of the above.

Classified Department hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).

Website

Ads that run in the print version of Roll Call can also be placed on our website. Web ads run as text only and remain online for one week beginning the next available Monday. Employment ads appear on RCjobs.com. All categories are included except "Roommates" and "For Sale" items. Web-exclusive advertisements are available only on RCjobs.com.

Blind Box Ads

We will maintain the confidentiality of a Roll Call box holder. Responses are sent unopened to the advertiser. If you do not want your résumé to be sent to a particular organization, include a note along with your sealed response in a larger envelope. Please do not fax responses.

Payment and Copy Terms

Pre-payment is required. Roll Call accepts checks, money orders, cash and charges to Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising. All ads are subject to Roll Call's indemnification clause.
